BIM QuickScan

The BIM QuickScan of TNO is based on (a small part of) the BIM Framework described in the main text of this wiki (BIM#BIM Framework).
It is an instrument to position/compare BIM-related Results or to qualify the AS-IS or TO-BE BIM situation for a specific company involved in applying BIM concepts.
It's a similar tool as the BIM Meetlat (Eng.: 'BIM Yardstick') by BouwnD.
(Actually quite some dimensions identified are similar)
The TNO BIM QuickScan covers the following six dimensions from the BIM Framework:

- One Phase: Brief Design (NL:'PvE') or Concept Design (NL:'VO') or Detailed Design (NL:'DO+UO') or Build or Operation
